Keto-Block

I've been getting more and more frustrated by tracking carbs, fat and protein endlessly while seeing no changes in my weight loss. I've decided to stop obsessing about this... I am obviously doing something wrong and so I'm going back to proper research and will start over soon...

New app: Macros

This would be the best app on earth if it made it easy for me to track food but I find it so much work to search for/scan food.

The macros side of it after tracking meals is the best part... Shows everything as you need to see it.

KETO DAY TWO

I'm managing my macros very nicely these past two days (which is why I'm calling today Day Two of my keto lifestyle)

I think I have the worst case of keto flu... I'm not sleeping, I have a slight dull headache, I'm not in the best of moods and I just feel a bit off especially today
