/hihi This week was NOT planned, or rather even though my meals were planned I ended up changing the meals out of convenience. It doesn't look good. Week 4 has to look great...

Conclusion / Lesson:
Not following the plan is a terrible idea... /shock
Learn to love avocadoes, especially for breakfast!!!

Recipe: Roasted Crunchy Granola


Baked in the oven / pan - fried on medium heat for at least 25 minutes (max 40)

Makes 35 servings
Serving = 4 tbsp / 60g/ml

Serve with a tablespoon of blueberries and 90g full fat greek yogurt
