I'm busy drafting my planned meals for my 31 Day Keto Challenge and I'd like to put in some activity in there somehow, even if it's only 3 days a week. There's so much confusion on Keto... some believe in using no dairy, others do... I know for a fact that dairy (full fat greek yogurt, cheese etc.) do not help me because I gained weight instead after 2 weeks of turning LCHF
